What You Can Expect

All Sur-thriving the Holidays programs emphasize a few key points and then get to the good stuff: stress-balancing techniques that really work, and fast. Workshops include additional entertaining practice time to bake those techniques in for immediate use afterward.  As stress isn't only about the holidays (of course), these programs are foundational for overall productivity at work, happiness at home and fulfillment within.
